  • QuickBooks Training - $120 per hr
  • Tax Planning or Business Consultations - $75 flat fee for 30 mins, $120/hr after, billed in 5 min increments.
  • Business start-up & EIN application - no charge
    • ​Reimbursement is requested if we pay for any application fees from WI Dept of Financial Institutions or WI Dept of Revenue

ACCOUNTING

All fees are based on time requirements at $120 per hr, unless otherwise noted.  

  • Payroll (direct deposit is $35 additional/month)
    • Weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly
    • Electronic submission of tax payments
    • Electronic filing of periodic tax forms
    • Monthly or quarterly reports
  • Sales Tax - $60 per filing ($75 if not contracted)
    • Electronic filing of monthly, quarterly, or annual returns
    • Electronic submission of tax payments
  • Bank Reconciliations
    • Deposit & disbursement entries
    • Monthly reconciliations and reports
  • Financial Statements
    • Monthly or quarterly processing of income and expense items
    • Bank reconciliations
    • Adjustment journal entries for items such as depreciation
    • Maintenance of a fixed asset depreciation schedule
    • Monthly or quarterly balance sheet and profit & loss reports
  • Year-end Tax Forms
    • Payroll forms - W2/W3 - $10 per form
    • Non-Payroll clients - W2/W3 - $15 per form
    • Form 1099 - $15 per form
  • ​Remote Access
    • ​Chosen services can be done on our computers, or on your computer by our professionals through remote access.
  • Retainer - Any new bookkeeping or payroll clients will be required to submit a $500 retainer prior to the start of services.  AT THIS TIME, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT NEW BOOKKEEPING OR PAYROLL CLIENTS DUE TO STAFFING.


TAX PREPARATION

NEW in 2026 FOR 2025 Tax Returns:  Rush processing:  For $100 (prepaid), your tax return will be prioritized over others (does not include prep fee). 


All preparation fees include 1 state return.

Additional state returns are $20 each.

  • Individual - small businesses, investments, rental properties, farms, depreciation, and multiple states
    • Form 1040 - starts at $110, some forms additional; average cost is $120
  • Partnership - rental properties, farms, and depreciation
    • Form 1065, starts at $200, average cost is $210
  • Corporation - rental properties, farms, and depreciation
    • Form 1120 or 1120S - starts at $200, average cost is $210
  • Exempt Organization (Non-Profit)
    • Form 990EZ - average cost is $100
    • Form 990 - average cost is $120
  • Trust or Estate Fiduciary - including rental properties, farms, and depreciation
    • Form 1041 - average cost is $130
  • Gift Tax or Estate Tax
    • Form 706 or 709 - average cost $100
  • Amended Returns - per year needing amendment
    • Federal only - $50, State only $50
    • Both Federal and  1 State - $90 + $20 for additional states
